Slide the sleeve over your calf and secure the velcro fastening. It adjusts to fit — no squeezing, no fiddling. If you can slip two fingers underneath comfortably, it's right.

Press the power button once. The green display lights up. You'll feel gentle warmth beginning within the first 30 seconds. If it feels too strong at first, press the intensity button to dial it down.
3. SELECT YOUR MODE
Press the mode button to cycle through your options — air pressure massage, heat, or a combination of both. Most people start on the lowest setting and adjust over the first few sessions. There is no wrong way to begin.
4. RELAX
