Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once processed, your order is handed to our logistics partners for dispatch.

Delivery Estimates

We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination:

United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
United States: 7–20 business days 
Portugal: 7–15 business days
Europe (continental): 10–20 business days
Canada: 10–20 business days
Australia: 10–20 business days
Rest of world: 15–30 business days

Some orders may take longer due to customs clearance or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number and link. Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking information to update.

Delays and Lost Orders

While we work hard to deliver on time, Elixro cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events. If your order hasn't arrived within the maximum estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@elixro.com and we'll investigate.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We cannot be responsible for packages lost or returned due to address errors.
