Return Policy

We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee. This means you have 90 days from the date you receive your SoleReset Clinical System to try it and decide if it is right for you.

We encourage you to use the product as intended. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within this period.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original packaging, including all components and accessories.


How to Start a Return

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with return instructions, including the return address.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for:

  • The cost of returning the item to our return address
  • Any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase (non-refundable)
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees associated with the return

Shipping costs will not be reimbursed under any circumstances.

Customers are responsible for the item until it is received at our return facility. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.


Damages and Issues

14-Day Cooling-Off Period — European Union

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit. If a returned item is not received, a refund cannot be issued.
